Refunds and Returns Policy for Tickets

Thank you for purchasing tickets from us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any tickets purchased, except in the following situations:

1. Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified, and we will provide details regarding alternative options, including possible refunds or ticket transfers.

2. Force Majeure: In cases where unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) affect the event, no refunds will be given. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternatives.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any other circumstances, including changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, or failure to attend the event.
